Terms of Service

1. Service Description

GBPAuditLab provides automated Google Business Profile (GBP) audits for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia, including:

We reserve the right to change features, pricing, or plan usage limits at any time, with reasonable notice to existing users.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

3. Payment and Refunds

• All payments are processed through Curlec (Razorpay Malaysia) in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
• Starter and Heatmap add-on purchases are one-time payments (not recurring subscriptions), valid for the period stated at the time of purchase

Refund policy: Because audit reports and Starter/Heatmap features are generated immediately upon successful payment, purchases are final and non-refundable in cases of change of mind or dissatisfaction with the analysis results (e.g., low score, unexpected recommendations).

Exception: A full refund will be given if the report completely fails to generate due to a technical error on our part (e.g., system downtime, payment successful but report not received within 24 hours). Contact support@gbpauditlab.com within 7 days of the purchase date with proof of transaction for this type of refund request.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Curlec) within 14 business days of approval. Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access without written permission
• Share account credentials with third parties for commercial purposes without permission
• Submit audit requests for a business you do not own or have valid authorization to represent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, code, and branding of GBPAuditLab are the property of Rankup Digital Services. Audit reports generated for your account are for your own business use — you may not resell or distribute reports as a separate product without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• Our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business profit, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded by contract.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high Service availability but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues on the part of third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel) may cause temporary disruptions.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access in the event of a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or misuse of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Privacy

Your use of GBPAuditLab is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
